Fully loaded and headed for a Sea to Sky adventure, packed with Citra, Luminosa and Sabro, which delivers a wallop of citrus, peach, guava and coconut wrapped in a sun-soaked, fruit-saturated hop body. Tell your boss you’re busy because wherever this trip is headed, it’s going to be a helluva good time.
5.3% alc./vol. 20 ibu.

Introducing Root & Stone German Pilsner. Celebrating 40 Years of Memories.

Since December 1986, Rimrock Cafe has been Whistler's place. Born from friendship and a passion for exceptional dining, founded by Rolf Gunther and Bob Dawson, and carried forward with the same heart and soul by Chris McKinney and Steve Maile. The torch has never burned brighter.

To celebrate 40 incredible years we teamed up with our friends at Rimrock to brew something worthy of the occasion. Brewed with imported German malt, hops and yeast, Root & Stone is a crisp and clean German Pilsner crafted in honour of four decades of warmth, community and every reason Whistler keeps coming back.

Root & Stone German Pilsner. 4.8% ABV. 30 IBU.

On tap exclusively at Coast Mountain Brewing and the Rimrock Cafe starting Friday. Watch for it at your favourite liquor stores up and down the Sea to Sky, into Vancouver and over on the Island later this month.

Meet Jenn Alton aka the newest artist to grace the walls of our Tap House Gallery.

Jenn is a Pointillist whose work is rooted in the landscapes she grew up exploring alongside her father, the dense forests and rugged coastlines of BC’s Pacific Northwest. That deep, lifelong connection to the natural world is the heartbeat behind every piece she creates.

Her brand, Sitkas & Seas, says it all - the meeting place of our Pacific waters and untamed wilderness. From serene forest scenes to sweeping coastal vistas, Jenn’s work invites you to slow down and discover the extraordinary detail she pours into every dot, every piece.
We are so proud to welcome her into this space. Almost 10 years into our rotating gallery program, and moments like this are exactly why we do it.

Come see Jenn’s work in person and know that every dollar you spend goes directly to the artist. We take zero commission. That’s always been the deal, and it always will be.

Lorette en Blanc is back! Fresh batch. Ready tomorrow folks! 🌾✨

Wheat ale. Orange peel. Coriander. 5.4% abv. 15 IBU.

Smooth, citrusy, subtly spiced and effortlessly drinkable. Shoutout to our good friends up in the village at , this is one damn fine beer.

Oh and this beautiful old girl in the photos is Lucie. And we think she had pretty great taste. Sadly the world lost her on May 1st - almost a year to the day. This one’s for you girl. 🐾

Available tomorrow at Coast Mountain and up at Lorette very soon. Sea to Sky locals, watch for it at your favourite liquor store later this week and next.

🚠 HOP GANJOLA — HAZY IPA 💨

Loaded up. Doors closing. She’s back, and the ride’s about to get danker than ever.

Step into the gondola and take a ride through a heady haze of citrus, tropical fruit, and unmistakable dankness. This Hazy IPA brings the icky-sticky with Citra and Columbus hops, layering bright passion fruit, ripe mango, and that unmistakable devil’s lettuce aroma. Juicy, smooth, and resinous—this one’s a trip.
6.7% ABV | 25 IBU

Cloudraker Hazy IPA ⚡️⚡️

Built for those who go further.
Dry hopped with Nelson Sauvin Bliss Process, Rakau and our hand-selected Citra. Layers of candied orange, juicy mango, tropical passionfruit and ripe stone fruit are balanced by a light diesely dank character. Silky haze with saturated hop expression.
6.0% | 30 IBU

Available Thursday for pints, growler fills and 4-packs to go. Shipping this week up and down the Sea to Sky and throughout Vancouver.
