Another tasting… another event in the books! 💍🥂

We had the pleasure of welcoming Daniella & Joey for their wedding tasting, working through some of the dishes that will be part of their big day next year.

From appetizers and fresh focaccia to roasted chicken, slow-roasted beef and a little something sweet to finish — this is one of our favourite parts of the process. Taking a couple’s ideas, putting the food in front of them, and watching their menu come together. ❤️

And now it’s official — Daniella & Joey are booked with Dinner & Company for 2027!

Thank you both for trusting us to be part of such an important day. We can’t wait to celebrate with you! 🥂

💍 Celebrating Julia & Davis 🥂

Last night we had the absolute pleasure of catering a beautiful engagement party for Julia & Davis — an evening filled with family, friends, great food and a whole lot of celebrating. ❤️

We put together a spread designed for mingling and sharing, with fresh appetizers, a beautiful grazing display, salads, warm entrées and plenty of little details throughout the evening.

From the bruschetta and stuffed mushrooms to the fresh Thai rolls, grazing board and dinner buffet, this was exactly the kind of intimate celebration we love being part of.

And just like that… we’re officially at capacity for Thanksgiving dinners!

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who booked Dinner & Company for your Thanksgiving celebrations. We’re incredibly grateful for the support — and now it’s time for our team to get cooking! 👨‍🍳🔥

We’ll be busy roasting turkeys, whipping potatoes, making stuffing, baking focaccia and getting a whole lot of Thanksgiving goodness out the door. 🦃🥔🍁

One of our favourite parts of wedding catering — giving our couples a chance to sit down, taste the food, and fine-tune the menu before the big day.

And yes… the homemade focaccia is making an appearance. Because apparently we’ve decided store-bought dinner rolls are no longer acceptable around here. 😂

💍 A Wedding in the Middle of a Field? We’re In. 🌾

Saturday took Dinner & Company out to a beautiful outdoor wedding in Clarington — and when we say we can bring the kitchen to you, we mean it.

No commercial kitchen. No problem.

We brought in a propane/electric convection oven, powered it with a generator (Shout out to Josh for keeping it humming), fired up the pizza ovens, a stove top burner and created a full wedding meal right there in the middle of a field.

It took some planning, a whole lot of equipment and a hardworking crew — but seeing everything come together for the bride, groom and their guests made it completely worth it.

There’s something pretty special about cooking great food in the open air and watching a field transform into a wedding celebration. ❤️

Today’s lunch heading out for a Lakeridge Health meeting — our Southwest Chicken Bowls.

Grilled Southwest-seasoned chicken over cilantro-lime rice, loaded with black beans, fire-roasted corn, fresh pico de gallo, crisp greens and house-made guacamole. 🥑🌽🍅

And the best part? This entire lunch is gluten-free and dairy-free — no substitutions or separate meals required.

Perfect for meetings, staff lunches and corporate events where you want something a little more exciting than the usual sandwiches and wraps.
