The signature feature of this world-famous dish, is the perfectly crispy and flavourful skin. 🔥

The preparation process is deeply rooted in tradition, refined over thousands of years dating back to the Yuan Dynasty.

The name of Peking Duck originates from Beijing itself, as the city was initally known by the name Peking. 🇨🇳

CHALLENGE WINNER ANNOUNCEMENT: Congratulations to the “Team of Nicks” from Brantford Golf & Country Club!

Nick Armstrong and Nick Scott showcased a delicious presentation featuring a smoked peking-style duck wrapped in garlic and chive pancake; bao buns stuffed with char siu duck breasts, pickled mooli, carrots, sesame mayo and fresh cilantro, and a house-made duck and hoisin wonton with Japanese Tare sauce.

Thanks to everyone who posted wonderful creations. We loved how you “ducked it”.
