The Sunday night garden harvest proved bountiful, revealing concealed treasures like zucchinis, a golden zucchini, and a Delicata squash. The yield also encompassed an English cucumber, a handful of peas for an evening snack, and a substantial quantity of Bull Heart heirloom tomatoes, perfect for roasting with herbs, onions, and garlic to produce a quick pasta sauce. Moreover, the harvest included an assortment of hot and sweet peppers, namely Purple and Yellow jalapeños, Golden cayenne, and Kona peppers cultivated from seeds brought back from Hawaii. The collection was completed with Sugar Rush and ripe tomatillos.
