📍 Our farm is located near Mayerthorpe, Alberta.
👨‍🌾 Operated by Brad Jespersen and family.
🐄 We raise AngusxHereford crosses alongside carefully selected Wagyu crosses.
🌾 Our cows and calves spend spring, summer & fall on the pasture, and our finished beef are professionally fed on a nutritionist-formulated ration designed for consistency and quality.
🥩 We dry age our beef for a minimum of 21 days before cutting.
🚛 We don’t just raise the cattle — we also process, cut, market, and sell the beef ourselves.

Half Beef – Cut & Wrapped Your Way 🥩
As you know, beef prices are continuing to rise, which means we’ll have to adjust our half beef pricing soon.
Order your half beef by the end of June to lock in our current pricing of $8.50/lb carcass weight.
Our average half comes in around 450 lbs, working out to about $3,825 — beef, custom cutting, and wrapping included. Final price is based on actual carcass weight.
That’s over 250 lbs of premium Alberta beef in your freezer — ready for BBQ season, slow-cooker Sundays, family dinners, and everything in between.
