Whether you like to entertain, are planning a wedding or looking for the perfect Christmas gift for friends and family, we've got you covered. Let our friendly and knowledgeable staff help you customize or recommend a wine to suit your taste. After you've chosen and started your wine we'll book you an appointment to come in and bottle. You can bring your own bottles (we will sterilize them for you

) or purchase them new, you can customize the colour of your toppers, choose your labels or make your own at home for special occasions. You can book your appointment with friends and family and share the experience, or slip in on your lunch break or your way home from work. A cozy, elegant holiday cocktail that tastes like Christmas in a glass. 🎄🍊

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Amarone della Valpolicella
1 oz Aged dark rum (or brandy, for a softer profile)
½ oz honey
½ oz Fresh lemon juice
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Sprinkle of cinnamon

GLASS GARNISH
Orange peel and a rosemary sprig

DIRECTIONS
1. In a shaker with ice, combine Amarone, rum, lemon juice, honey, cinnamon, and bitters.
2. Shake gently — Amarone is delicate, so don’t over-dilute.
3. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube.
4. Express the orange peel over the drink, and add the rosemary for aroma.
