Ape Hangers - Wild Saison with Apricots 5.4%
This is the recipe that won People's Choice at the last Haines Beerfest. It's got some approachable Brettanomyces funk and a nice hit of complex stone fruit flavour.
Thunderbear - 2020 Vintage Barleywine 9.4%
We've been forgetting about this British-style strong ale for longer than we care to admit. This powerful sipping beer has had all its rough edges worn away and left with smooth, malty complexity.
