🟢 We have the Green Light to START PROCESSING!! 🟢

We are beyond excited to be able to be typing this right now! It's been almost a year since we started putting up our new shed and its been quite a journey. We will get our first load of milk shipped Tuesday afternoon and have fresh curds and whole milk made for Wednesday. Stay tuned for locations! At this time, we are approved for cheddar curds and whole milk, we apologize to those who have been waiting on cream, butter and other cheese varieties but those items are coming soon!
