Tonight’s leftovers dinner - cut up an onion, a pepper and left over steak - fried the onion for a bit to caramelize in some olive oil, threw in the pepper and steak strips with a little salt and garlic pepper, heat up and added a little more olive oil and a bunch of balsamic - stirred up and got hot - reduced heat a bit to let thicken up - warmed up our hotdog buns and built a little bunwich! Sooooo yummy and easy!
