Shortbread crust with caramel and pecan layer and a chocolate cream cheese filling topped with caramel and pecans. A little chocolate ganache decorating.
On the right...Apple Crisp Cheesecake for my Summer Savoury supplier!
Oatmeal/butter/flour crust with a cinnamon cream cheese filling covered with a layer of cinnamon/sugar apples then apple crisp topping and drizzled with caramel sauce. Plus a side of caramel sauce!
