🍂 Fall has arrived in the Valley!

The days are getting cooler, the pumpkins are out, and we’re settling into one of our favourite times of year at Winderberry. 🎃

We’ve added more indoor seating in the greenhouse, so you can stay warm and cozy while still enjoying all the deliciousness from Edible Acres Café throughout the fall.

And because we can’t do fall without a little pumpkin spice… meet our Squash Spice Latte! ☕️ Made Edible Acres style with our own banana squash and house-made squash spice blend.

Grab a latte, some lunch or a sweet treat and find yourself a cozy spot amongst the plants and pumpkins. 🌿🍂

Our hearts go out to the crew at The Dilly after a devastating fire this weekend has left their food truck unable to operate.

Anyone who works in the food and hospitality industry here knows just how important our summer long weekends are. To have something like this happen at any time is incredibly difficult, but right before one of the last big weekends of the summer is especially heartbreaking.

A GoFundMe has been set up to help The Dilly get through this setback and hopefully get them back up and running. If you’re able to donate, every little bit helps. And if donating isn’t possible, simply sharing the fundraiser can make a difference too.

We’re a small valley, and this is when we show up for each other. ❤️

Our first Field Dinner of the season was everything we hoped it would be, and more! The incredible food, beautiful summer evening, and the laughter shared around the tables made for an unforgettable night. The overwhelming feedback from our guests confirmed what we were already thinking… we have to do it again.

Today’s harvest is looking pretty incredible. Sweet bunching onions, crisp carrots, beautiful romaine, and so much more—all harvested with care right here on our certified organic farm.

Find us tomorrow at the Invermere Farmers Market, or stop by the Edible Acres Café during the week to pick up the freshest seasonal produce.

You’ll find Farmer Oliver at the Invermere Farmers Market for our first market of the season, bringing along the freshest harvests straight from our certified organic fields. ☀️🚜

These beautiful baby potatoes were in the ground mere hours ago and you simply can’t beat the flavour of freshly harvested produce. 🥔✨ Along with potatoes, we’ll have crisp radishes, colourful lettuces, and other certified organic vegetables grown right here in the Columbia Valley. 🌿🥬❤️
