Beef roast seasoned with Montréal steak spice and then slathered in our garlic sauce. You can put in a roasting pan, grill, BBQ, pressure cook OR vacuum pack and sous vide as shown in the pictures.

After a long day in the in the kitchen, I am proud to announce a great new addition, Savage Sauce! It's a Spicy Ancho Chipotle Mayo. It's got a kick and jam packed with flavour!!! That's the one on the Left, the second one is the Smokey Mountain BBQ, it's a molasses based Sweet and Smokey sauce. The third is for garlic lovers and it's called Bruce Almighty Garlic, and it's mighty bold in flavour! Finally, on the right is a kicked up a notch from the memories of the old TBQ days of past, a tribute with a kick! It's called South Detroit BBQ and it's been a hit and started this venture.

All are made with as much Canadian ingredients as possible, and there's nothing in them that you can not pronounce! $15 for the large "gotta have it" size, and $8 for the smaller "gotta try it size". Free delivery for orders over $20.

After some great reviews I have decided to start selling my South Detroit BBQ sauce, and my Bruce Almighty Garlic Sauce. Both are great for pizza, meats, sandwiches and dippin, and of course the BBQ sauce is amazing on Chicken, Ribs and Pulled Pork. The garlic sauce will kick up any meat you put it on before cooking. Yes before you cook it. Slather, spice and cook. Trust me. I also love to fry up leftover steak bites and dip them in the garlic/BBQ sauce mixed.

You can mix them to create a Crazy Cajun BBQ Garlic Mayo. Perfect for burgers, sandwiches, steak bites.

I use French's and Helmann's Brand, bases and all natural herbs and spices. Both are Canadian based ingredients.

Warning: BBQ sauce has a little kick to it, and the garlic sauce is not for the faint of heart.
