31 years almost to the day Medel Brothers bought a little butcher shop in south Windsor. We did our best to serve our community and enjoyed doing it. But tomorrow we say goodbye to the store that we’ve spent so much time in. I have nothing but fond memories but it’s hard to be sad when we are so excited about our new venture. Tomorrow we close our doors to set up our new improved store in the same plaza. We hope to be set up to serve south Windsor within a week or two. We will be offering fresh cut meats, fresh produce, increased line of grocery, hot food, a sandwich counter, an improved deli selection and more. Thank you all for supporting us for 31 years and we look forward to many more years.
