Our crops are: Asparagus, Strawberries, Rhubarb, beans, beets, carrots, cukes, leeks, eggplant, zucchini, okra, tomatoes, radishes, onions, squash (butternut, acorn, butternut, spaghetti, red hubbard), pumpkins, kale, peppers, sweet potatoes, and garlic. We also sell homemade jams, raw and lavender honey, fresh cut sunflowers and free range eggs, and fresh breads

Directions: From Highway #3 (

Bypass) turn north onto County Rd. 34. At Road 5, (white church on the left corner) turn left. We are the first farm located on the right hand side.

Some like it hot!

Field fresh jalapeño peppers arriving weekly.
Try this fun recipe.

🌶 JALAPENO POPPERS
Makes: 12 poppers (6 whole jalapeños)
Bake: 400°F / 205°C for 18–22 minutes

INGREDIENTS:
6 large organic jalapeños
4 oz (115 g) organic cream cheese, softened
½ cup shredded organic cheddar cheese
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp smoked paprika
Pinch of salt
6 slices organic bacon, cut in half

DIRECTIONS:
Prep the peppers: Cut jalapeños lengthwise and scoop out the seeds and membranes. Leave some membrane if you want more heat.
Make the filling: Mix cream cheese, cheddar, green onions, garlic powder, paprika, and salt.
Fill: Spoon the cheese mixture into each jalapeño half.
Wrap: Wrap each popper with half a slice of bacon. Place seam-side up on a foil- or parchment-lined baking sheet.
Bake: Cook at 400°F (205°C) for 18–22 minutes, until the bacon is browned and the peppers are tender.
