Happy 2026 kombucha and mead drinkers, and longtime friends!
Some owed updates.
We are no longer producing Sòlas Kombucha. We have fresh product in stock that you might be able to find at one of our partners' establishments, but the supply will end soon. It's sad, I'm sad! I, Gabrielle, was one of the founders of this brand, and I'm proud of what we did. I haven't left NS's small business scene completely, how could I? But I am enjoying a bit of structure while I reassess my passions and values. What a privileged place to be in!
A combination of life circumstances and intense market competition led us to make this decision. I'm not entirely convinced I'll never bring it back, but as of now, please support the remaining local kombucha makers in this province, such as Goodmore and Connected Craft Beverages. Your support for local companies is immense. Both make a wonderful product.
We are still making Black Cat Mead, but I just wanted to say to our Solas customers that I miss you all, both stockists and individual customers, and I hope a day comes when I might revive the brand. Would love to be serving booch to barefoot people one day again! :)
