We took 4th in st.Louis ribs, 2nd for chicken thighs and
3rd for Tri Tip.

I promised myself that if I do these competitions that I will only use my own sauces and rubs.
BECAUSE of these competitions, I've had to work hard to develop my own sauces and rubs.
Brain damage or perseverance....

It was my honour to cook for my CHAMPIONSHIP team yesterday.
Team Mark Tesolin Remax. 2026 LRHL Champs!
10 racks of ribs and 20 # of wings on my 2 little smokers. Also made some of my smoked beans.
Huge thanks to my son Eric Decaire , I couldn't have done it without you, and Rob Otterman for hosting us at his beautiful house!
