Bold flavour meets island flair! Tender slices of jerk leg of lamb, roasted potatoes, and steamed veggies, topped with a spicy mint jelly glaze. Perfectly seasoned with All Seasons Jerk Sauce and herbs.

Method:
Marinate leg of lamb with All Seasons jerk sauce, spicy jerk seasoning rub, salt, Dijon mustard, bay leaves, finely chopped thyme, and rosemary. Store overnight in the fridge, cook in the oven at 350ยฐf for approximately 45 minutes. The lamb should be 165ยฐf when cooked. Remove from the oven, brush the leg with All Seasons Jerk sauce for your best flavour.
Serving:
Slice the lamb, then arrange it on the plate. serve with spicy mint jelly sauce (3 tablespoons of mint jelly combined with two tablespoons of All Seasons jerk sauce blend together), your new favourite dish is ready to serve.
