September hours 🤎

Wishing all the school-goers, parents and teachers a happy first week back, and all my fellow autumn lovers the best start to our favourite season! 🍂 Here’s to getting back into routines, taking care of ourselves along the way and embracing all the coziness ahead.

Heading into a new month with our regular shop hours, with just a couple little changes to note!

This may be controversial for some, since we’re still soaking up summer… but for my autumn fans… 🍂👀

It’s almost time! 😂

Heading onto the shelves are some new, beautifully scented fall candles from , made in Ontario, plus Apple C***r cleaning products from 🍎🍂

And there’s more where that came from, with new orders arriving weekly! 👀 Simply Organic Pumpkin Spice, Organic Traditions Pumpkin Spice Latte Mix, Alani Nu Witch’s Brew… all the fall things are slowly making their way in. 🍁

We’re also stocking up for the other side of the season change... back to school, changing routines, cooler weather and all that comes with it. You’ll find lots of the usual immune supportive staples on the shelves, including ACES + Zinc, Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Oil of Oregano, probiotics and more. 🌿

Basically… we’re not rushing summer out the door, we’re just embracing what’s coming 😂🍂

Hands down, the best part about the smoothie bar on my end is seeing all the different combinations people come up with and what colours they turn out to be 🥤🪺

Different fruits, different add ins, different colours… no two seem to turn out quite the same.

It’s been so fun seeing what everyone comes up with. I can count on at least one mixture each week being too intriguing not to make one for myself to try! 😂

Thanks so much to my beautiful friend Kathleen Bulger Registered Holistic Nutritional Consultant for guiding us through a magical paint night and meditation. I'm so glad to have met some wonderful women with the VWBN Valley Women's Business Network!
