The farm grows potatoes, onions and cereals on approximately 5000 acres of which fifty percent are irrigated. The number of people employed at Kroeker Farms varies from 60-160, depending on the time of year.

We’re entering a new chapter at Kroeker Farms.

On December 1, 2025, our COO Harwin Bouwman will become CEO as Wayne Rempel steps into a new role as Advisor.

Wayne has led Kroeker Farms for more than 23 years as CEO and has been part of our team for 38 years. His leadership shaped our growth in sustainable agriculture, organic production, and innovation across our farms and facilities.

Harwin has been a key part of our leadership team and is passionate about our mission, our people, and our future.

Please join us in congratulating Harwin and thanking Wayne for his decades of service and continued guidance.

On behalf of the Stanley Trail Association, we want to share that the Pathway connecting Morden and Winkler is almost at completion!

While the official grand opening is being planned for Spring of 2026, we want our residents to be able to enjoy it while the weather is still cooperating this fall.

With key safety signage in place on the Pathway, we are confident that riders and pedestrians using this much anticipated pathway will do so with caution, outside of regular construction hours.

When using the pathway, especially at mile road crossings, be alert for vehicle traffic, slow down, STOP, and look both ways before crossing.

Drivers, please keep an eye out for cyclists and pedestrians as you approach these intersections.
