Zucchini waffles with our Garlic Jalapeno hummus! What a pair!

Recipe:
• 2 medium zucchini’s (shred and then squeeze out juice)
• 1 egg
• 5 tablespoons of flour
• 150 grams of shredded mozzarella
• fresh chopped dill, parsley, or green onion
• a pinch of baking powder
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• black pepper to taste
• oil for slightly oiling the waffle iron

Combine all of the ingredients together and fry until perfectly golden!

Top with cucumber and carrot slices marinated in lemon juice and herbs, and don’t forget the most important part! A generous scoop of our Garlic Jalapeño Hummus! 😋
