Thanks for another year of supporting . It was nice to connect with each and every one of you! It truly means the world!

Less markets in 2025 helped add a tiny bit of sanity but not nearly enough. I started my burnout recovery journey in mid-December. What you see on the surface can be far from what is really happening. I was high functioning, juggling way too many priorities for years. Then it finally hit me - real burnout. I had to dig deeper to find myself and get through the day to day, social events, markets, etc. This was not sustainable and kept worsening with time. Every task was a looming dark cloud, even the fun stuff!

Now, priorities are saying no to anything that doesn’t align, spending more time with myself, doing activities that I enjoy, deflecting negative thoughts and other people’s unwelcome behaviours. Ultimately nourishing myself with all things wellness, nutrition and exercise while selectively choosing those who I spent my time with. It’ll be a journey alright!
