Faraci Foods Faraci Foods is a family operated business, owned by Anthony Faraci, who is of Italian and Métis descent, established in 2014 in Winnipeg, Manitoba.

Our focus is bringing our delicious recipes to a store near you. You may remember us operating “The Bannock Factory”, “Faraci’s Pretzel & Fry Factory”, “Faraci’s Food’s Italian Streatery” food trailers and offering our retail product “Bannock in a Box”. In 2018, we re-introduced our Uncle Paul Faraci’s creation
(Paul invented the original Pizza Pop) to Winnipeg through our food trailer.

iginal Pizza Snacks” was met with an overwhelming demand & success. Our “Bannock in a Box” is available at grocery stores such as Sobeys, Safeway, FoodFare, Family Foods and other great grocery stores from Thunder Bay, Ontario to Jasper, Alberta, and the North West Territories. We are working at having our “Paul’s Original Pizza Snacks” available at your local grocery store.

What a pleasant surprise on a rainy day! Yesterday we received a surprise donation of over 900 pieces of bannock from The Bannock Factory and Red River Métis Marketplace. 😇 These bannocks will supplement meals for participants in our programs and will also be distributed through our weekly foodbank.

Thanks a lot to The Bannock Factory and Red River Métis Marketplace for the generous and thoughtful donation of baked goodness! 😊
