Well… that was an F-ing good night!

Thursday night, we threw the F-ing Brazen Hall Patio Mixer — and you showed up ready to eat, drink, and have a damn good time.

Ten courses. Live cooking on the patio. Brazen beer pairings. Packed seats. An unforgettable night.

A little taste test for our Patio Mixer on July 23rd!🔥

We’ve been working through a few ideas for our upcoming Patio Pairing Experience and today that meant firing up the smoker.

This is only a sneak peek, but expect plenty of smoke, live patio cooking, chef-curated courses, and beer and cocktail pairings throughout the evening.

We’re still keeping a few details under wraps for now.

A day in the life of the brewery: canning edition. 🍻

Prabath and Evan are the team behind every beer brewed at Brazen Hall, from the first steps in production to the final pour.

Today, that meant canning, tasting, comparing, and making sure every beer leaves the brewery exactly how it should.

That same attention to detail carries into our Patio Pairing Experience on July 23, where the beer is not just served alongside the food; it is selected to become part of the experience.
