Cottage Cheese Bagels

Lately, Iā€™ve been trying out quick breakfast ideas that donā€™t take an entire morning to prep, and this 3-ingredient bagel experiment was a surprisingly huge win. I wasn't entirely sure how the texture or flavor would hold up without traditional dough, but itā€™s crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, and tasted amazing. I threw on some rosemary and herbs before baking, and now I don't think I can go back to plain. Sometimes the simplest recipes really are the best ones.
