We specialize in unique, epicurean preserves created with high quality ingredients and no chemical preservatives, cheap fillers, or flavour extracts. Just real food. One of few companies in Canada to use a reduction method rather than adding thickeners and outrageous amounts of refined sugar, our spreads are cooked down

and intensely fruity with *just enough* sweetener. Each jar contains over 1/2 pound of fruit! Our line of addictive pickles are made with local produce from small farms, and our fermented sauerkrauts and salsa are unpasteurized, vegan, and alive with beneficial bacteria. Originating in 2012, flora & farmer products have grown from farmers markets, to retail store shelves, and now to our very own storefront, Preserve by flora & farmer! Located on the corner of Maryland and Portage in Winnipeg, Mb, Preserve is a vibrant, cozy shoppe that specializes in our full line of preserves as well as exclusively Manitoba made foods, gifts and housewares. We’re proud to now be helping support and cheerlead for over 60 small companies with hundreds of products! Additionally, within our storefront is a large viewing window into flora & farmer’s production facility, where interested customers can take a behind-the-scenes peek at the love going into our jars. �

Visit us at 100B-686 Portage ave, just around the corner from Hildegard’s bakery. Entry is through the bakery or from our doors on Maryland, and parking is available on Portage in front of Hildegard’s, or in the lot across from our big store windows on Maryland (between the Rexall and Tim Hortons).
