ᴛʜᴇ 𝐁𝐎𝐒𝐒 𝐁𝐄𝐑𝐑𝐘 ʙᴜʀɢᴇʀ

Behold 🤲🏼 our first year submission for Le Burger Week 2026 🙊

A quarter-pound smashed chuck patty draped in melted provolone, topped with a rich slow-simmered haskap bacon jam, tangy pickled red onions, and fresh arugula, crowned with our signature crispy potato chips and a creamy roasted garlic & lemon aioli, all nestled in a golden toasted sourdough bun. Served with a side of homemade potato chips and roasted garlic & lemon aioli.

We’ll be offering this fresh, flavourful dish from Sept 1-7 at Torque Brewing at 830 King Edward St during the following hours:
