Right here is proof that chickens don’t lay uniform eggs.
Our backyard flock lays perfectly imperfect eggs and we’re quite proud of them.
We keep the extreme eggs like these for our own breakfasts, but when you get eggs from us you’ll notice bumps, spots and slight variation in size. We don’t collect our eggs on a conveyor belt or send them through the grading process🤣
Our hens happily live outdoors (with a coop to roost and nest in) with the ability to dust-bathe (they love it!) and all the bugs they desire (hens aren’t vegetarian🤣).
