Our friends at made a really special stout beer vinegar, and we're pumped to be selling it at all three of our locations! Made from their Grandpa's Sweater Oatmeal Stout, it’s tart, zippy flavour is reminiscent of a sherry vinegar, but with a distinct malt flavour. Pop in to see us and try a sample!

Hello from the garden!
Hard to believe June is almost coming to an end already. All Frescolio locations will be closed June 29-July 1 inclusive so we can all have a mini holiday (probably weeding).

A fave breakfast or afternoon snack! Plain Greek yogurt, granola, banana, and a drizzle of our Strawberry dark balsamic vinegar.
Other excellent flavours to try with this would be Maple, Fig, Pomegranate, or Black Cherry!
