At Decadence, it's ALWAYS turtle time 🐢

Our Turtles on the Half Shell have been a staple in the shop for years. Each milk chocolate shell is hand-piped with salted caramel and dark chocolate ganache before being topped with the finishing touch – sweet and crunchy candied pecans!

Looking for a taste? We always have them ready to go in our bonbon display down at the shop, so stop by and enjoy our elevated take on a classic favourite.

For an extra fine grind, we use a tool called a melanger.

The stone wheels help us grind ingredients – like these freeze-dried raspberries – into a fine powder suitable for use in our flavoured chocolates !
