SOUTH AFRICA!

I am excited to announce our next gastronomic adventure to South Africa, taking place from May 20–29, 2027. This curated journey is designed to offer a deep immersion into the region’s stunning landscapes and world-class culinary scene.

Our itinerary begins with four days at a luxury villa in Camps Bay. From this base, we will explore Cape Town, the Cape of Good Hope, and the historic Groot Constantia Winery, while discovering the unique culinary traditions of the Western Cape.

Following our stay in Cape Town, we will spend three days at a wilderness lodge. This portion of the trip features daily yoga, wine exploration in the Robertson area, and a collaborative cooking experience overlooking the African veldt. We will conclude our journey in the Stellenbosch region, where we will visit the Afrikaans Language Monument, a lion sanctuary, local wine estates, and extraordinary sculpture gardens.

Please note that this trip is strictly limited to 14 guests. The experience is all-inclusive, covering all accommodations, meals, and excursions, excluding airfare.
