The Robertson, South Africa region is home to some great w**es, including my favourite Chardonnay in the world, Springfield Estate Wild Yeast fermented Chardonnay. We visit and taste at this wonderful estate on our Culinary and cultural tour of South Africa . Thye had a rough winter this year with severe flooding so we hope they are back in time next March!
