South Western Ontario Dairy Symposium An annual symposium focused on the dairy industry taking place in Woodstock, Ontario.

The day has top speakers talking about dairy and dairy production, featured dairy products food from our farms, and a room of +120 exhibitors. The "Food from our Farms" initiative will once again feature lots of new and novel dairy products, and of course' we will continue to provide a forum for discussion of industry issues using our very popular audience response system. The South Western Ontario Dairy Symposium is planned and sponsored by Dairy Farmers of Ontario, through its Dairy Producer Committees in Essex-Kent, Lambton, Middlesex, Elgin, Huron, Perth, Oxford, Waterloo, Wellington, Brant, Norfolk, Wentworth, Haldimand and Niagara, in cooperation with the Ontario Ministry of Agriculture and Food.

Thank you to everyone that came out and supported us at the South Western Ontario Dairy Symposim last week! We had a great turnout with just over 700 attendees including 120+ exhibitors! We hope you enjoyed our featured speakers and Food From Our Farms samples featuring unique dairy products. We hope to see you again next year!

We salute Gay Lea Foods for introducing and expanding a line of specialty butter like Garlic Parsley, Sea Salted, Grass Fed, Bakers Gold and other varieties. This year, we also look forward to featuring GoodPud () at our event - a truly indulgent, high-quality, chilled chocolate dessert. They currently produce 3 different flavours right in the heart of Tillsonburg; Belgian Milk Chocolate Dessert, Belgian Dark Chocolate Dessert, and Salted Caramel & Belgian Dark Chocolate Dessert! They have also teamed up with Dell Seeds to provide these samples, because GoodPud provides dessert for you and DeDell provides dessert for your cows, with their high sugar corn silage.
