Giving thanks this weekend, especially for Eliora helping Oma pick nuts and my sister, Theresa, for help spend a day grading the chestnuts. So thankful for all our customers and those that support us every year.

As our trees get bigger we plan to make and sell walnut syrup! The trees are still too small but we were able to tap a couple and make a small amount! These are black walnut and English walnut syrups.

The Black walnut syrup is surprisingly sweet (no bitterness like the nut has) with more of a butterscotch taste.

Looking forward to finding other ways to incorporate our nuts into products everyone will enjoy!!!
