Yellowknife Fish Company Yellowknife Fish Company is a small local business that provides fresh local fish to Yellowknife and the surrounding communities. QUALITY is our top priority.

We sell our product fresh or frozen, round, filleted, steaked and eventually smoked. We have 6 species available; whitefish, lake trout, walleye, fresh water cod, northern pike and innconnu. These fish are grade-A and superior in quality due to the ice-cold water they inhabit. Our goal is to promote the health benefits of eating fish and also to provide the freshest fish possible to our customers.

The fish are handled with the utmost care, processed in a clean facility and carefully packaged. We aim to have a safe, sanitary and sustainable practice respecting the environment and the fish we catch, while providing a healthy, economical food source for local families.
