🥃 It's Mixology Monday 🎉

Legacy Co-op Liquor Manager Kevin shows off his choices in making this recipe come to life — the Pumpkin Spice White Russian!

Ingredients:
1 oz. vodka
1 oz. pumpkin spice creamer
¾ oz. Kahlua
Garnish: Whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice

Directions:
1. Fill a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
2. Add vodka, creamer and Kahlua.
3. Shake until combined and cold.
4. Pour into glasses and top with whipped cream and pumpkin pie.
5. Enjoy!

🎉 25 years of service! 🎈

Yesterday, we celebrated Richard Burym's work anniversary. Today we know him as our petroleum operations manager, but did you know, 25 years ago, he had his first day at the West Broadway C-Store?

Initially, he loved the position for its flexibility and the extra income. He says that over the years, he was fortunate to work with many great people, and grateful for what Co-op and the Co-op Retail System has brought to his professional life.
