Prawn burgers in the Delivita oven? Yes please!

sent us a load of stuff and this was top of the pile, a fantastically juicy prawn burger, we made an asian slaw to go with it and then popped it on a seeded brioche. The flavours were insane this definitely has to go on your shopping list for food this week!

Method wise, always heat up a skillet first in the oven, then oil your burgers and fry directly on the skillet, creating a fantastic charred out, drop a small wood log in on the skillet and you get an extra smokey flavour that will really compliment the whole thing.
