Pear Honey is back! The bartletts are ripe and we’ve gotten some processing done! We’ve got 3 types of relish on the shelves, Dill Relish, which is not sweet, Pickle Relish, which is traditional sweet and sour, and Sweet Relish, which is that perfect sweet accompaniment! All of our relishes are small batch processed with ingredients we grow on the farm, and we use only organic sugars in them - the same as for our jams and jellies. It’s that time of year- harvest and preserve! Stop by The Columbia Bakehouse or Clatskanie Farmer Collective to pick yours up today!

We also delivered the last of our culinary garlic for this year up to the Hub so be sure to get in there and sample these amazing garlics!!

Hi friends! As we are deep into the curing process of our garlic, we’ve listed varieties that are available for purchase for your garlic seed this fall! As you may know, garlic is planted in October/November each year and the harvest is the following summer June/July! It is really an easy crop to grow overall and believe us when we say -once you’ve grown and harvested your own crop, there’s no comparison to the garlic normally purchased at the grocery store! Our farm shop is open to purchase yours ahead of garlic festival! If you are local, you can select local pickup, and we can arrange for garlic delivery! This is your chance to get the most premium heads by purchasing ahead of the festival on August 15!

This is garlic that is specially selected for you to plant and grow. We price this product by each head, and in the descriptions you should see approx cloves per head and weight of heads.
