Another week at Milo’s: plushies, cookies, deliveries, typos & some very serious business 😅

1. We’ve got a new addition to the milo’s plushie collection 🧸🐈
2. A fun little shooting day at milo’s gundeli 📸
3. More shooting, more chaos, more coffee ☕️
4. And obviously, a few behind-the-scenes moments 👀
5. Making a fresh batch of our homemade granola 🥣
6. Things like this make our hearts go faster 😍
7. Big deliveries always take up approximately half the shop at Andreasplatz 📦🫠
8. It’s important to have some lunch. Very important 🍴

We’re changing things up at Gundeli for autumn 🍂🍞

Our new lunch menu is here, and this time we’re keeping it small, loaded and very snackable 👀

Meet the new loaded toasts:

🍗 Breaded Chicken
Crispy chicken, homemade tartar sauce & fresh salad

🍅 Tomato & Feta
Whipped feta, roasted cherry tomatoes & hot honey

🥑 Avo Toast
Avocado, pomegranate, roasted pumpkin, pickled onions & pumpkin seeds

🧅 French Onion
Dijon crème fraîche, caramelised onion, melted Gruyère, pickles & roasted onions

Another week at Milo’s: lots of testing, tasting, photographing & apparently sacrificing shoes to strawberries 🙂‍↕️

1. Went into full shokupan production. 🍞 You really should come try it, we’re using it for our new French toast 😌
2. Got a BIG matcha delivery from London Tea🇨🇭Schweizer Teekultur seit 1896💚
3. Gundeli shifts ☕️
4. Made approximately 847 iced lattes. Okay, maybe slightly fewer 🧊☕️
5. Had to finalize our entire lunch & brunch menu 👀
6. Which obviously involved A LOT of taste testing. Very important work 🤭
7. This is what the plate looked like after all that “testing” 🫠
8. Then came the final boss: photographing everything 📸
9. At least we got this sky on the way home 🌅
10. The shoe decided it wanted a little taste of the strawberry we make for our matchas 🍓👟
11. So… another pair of shoes had to be worn 😂
