Representing the more than 20 members of this prestigious culinary circle, sknife founder Michael Bach was joined by distinguished Chefs des Chefs, including Christian Garcia (Prince Albert II of Monaco), Brahema Sanogo (Royal Family of Saudi Arabia), Xu Long (Great Hall of the People, Beijing, China) and Tommy Kurpradit (White House, USA).

My journey continued to Finland, where I had the honour of attending an official audience with President Alexander Stubb, who was delighted to receive a bespoke sknife knife set in his country’s national colours. White reflects Finland’s snowy winters, while blue evokes its countless lakes and expansive skies. The Nordic cross symbolises the country’s ties to its Nordic neighbours.

Swiss Craftsmanship at the French Embassy - at a reception at the French Embassy in Helsinki, we had the pleasure of presenting our sknife knives and cutlery to a distinguished audience.

A Memorable Finale in Helsinki -the Scandinavian tour culminated in an exquisite charity gala dinner at Hotel Kämp, prepared by five CCC chefs in support of „Convoy of Hope“. An unforgettable evening celebrating the unifying power of gastronomy.

A New Chapter for the CCC - in Finland, Mark Flanagan, Head Chef to King Charles III, Head of the Royal Kitchen at Buckingham Palace and long-standing CCC Vice-President, was elected the Club’s new President. We extend our sincere thanks to Christian Garcia for his trust and wish Mark Flanagan every success and fulfilment in his new role.

Often described as the world’s most exclusive culinary circle, the CCC brings together chefs who cook for heads of state, royal families and some of the world’s most distinguished institutions. A community shaped by excellence, discretion and a shared passion for the art of hospitality.
A ROYAL GIFT IN SWEDEN’S NATIONAL COLOURS - following Copenhagen, our journey continued to Stockholm, where Christian Garcia, President of the CCC, presented King Carl XVI Gustaf with a bespoke sknife knife set created especially for him in Sweden’s national colours of blue and yellow. The colour combination gives the set a distinctly Swedish character: blue is often associated with the country’s vast skies and countless lakes, while yellow and gold evoke sunlight, warmth and royal distinction.

The Club des Chefs des Chefs (CCC) brings together the chefs of Heads of State and Government from around the world for an exclusive annual gathering.
sknife is delighted to be part of this year’s CCC Nordic Trip. The journey began in Copenhagen with an official audience with His Majesty King Frederik X of Denmark.
To mark this special occasion, the King was presented with a bespoke four-piece sknife knife set in Denmark’s national colours.
Our special thanks go to Gregor Zimmermann, Chef to the Swiss Government, for opening the door to this remarkable circle, and to Gilles Bragard, founder of the CCC, for his warm welcome and generous hospitality.
