Where it all started, Swiss Alps in 2007. Pulled out a bottle of the first vintage Fendant for aperitif tonight. Incredibly complex, wonderful freshness, with beautiful aromas of honeysuckle, dried apricots, and cinnamon. Aged but still youthful!
