What an incredible weekend! 🇪🇸🥘🇨🇭

I had the honour of participating in the competition for the Best Tapas & Best Paella Valenciana of Switzerland during the amazing Españolé Spanish Street Food Festival in Zürich.

It was a fantastic experience to cook alongside talented chefs, share my passion for authentic Spanish cuisine, and bring the flavours of Spain to so many people.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by, tasted our food, supported us, and cheered us on. Your smiles and feedback remind me why I love doing this!

This competition is not the finish line—it’s another step in the journey of my Paella Catering project. Some news and changes will come soon too.

Whether it’s a private party, birthday, wedding, company event, or festival, my goal is always the same: to create an unforgettable Spanish food experience made from swiss products🇨🇭

Recent event this Monday at the Swiss Cyber Institute!

Not only am I proud to be one of their students, but I was also very happy to have the opportunity to provide some of my tapas catering for this amazing institution.

After meeting the CEO, Samir Aliyev, at last week’s Cyber Conference in Geneva, I was invited to cater for the new students of the AI Leadership Program — an experience I truly appreciated.

Thank you very much, Samir, for this opportunity. It was also a pleasure to visit your beautiful offices in the heart of Zürich, with such stunning views over the city.

Looking forward to more inspiring collaborations ahead!

It has been a while since I was active on social media. Like many of us, I — together with people close to me — have been going through different periods in life. Family, health, and general well-being should always be our priorities.

I also took some time to reorganise my ideas, thoughts, and future goals. Just when I felt I was nearly done, an even more difficult period came after the loss of my very first and most important business partner, customer, and good friend, Nicole von Boletzky.

She was the owner and co-founder of KNOW HOW - Training Center for Design — a truly special place where I organised my very first corporate event, my biggest one, and also the last paella event we shared together.

We had such great plans for this year and for the future, together with my lovely Nicole. But life decided differently. About two months ago, we had to say goodbye to her after she passed away.

Her legacy will remain with us, and I have decided to regain the energy and motivation we shared while planning our events together. She will forever remain in my heart for her kindness and professionalism. I will always remember her as a person with a great heart and a true passion for her work, her students, and her friends.
I am back now — stronger and even more passionate about creating memorable upcoming events, with you watching over me as another of my angels.
