SABATO 13 GIUGNO DALLE 14:00 ALLE 23:00  Il nostro primo lager day!  Giornata dedicata tutta alle birre a bassa fermentazione. Stile che si riduce a “dammi una bionda” ma che ha molto altro da offrire!  Avremo alla spina 6 birre lager, ovviamente anche i nostri classici non mancheranno!  Avremo tre momenti nella giornata, dove potrete degustare 4 delle lager assieme al nostro birraio Rodrigo che vi svelerà come sono state prodotte.
Come funziona? Basta presentarsi ai seguenti orari 14:30 1° sessione 15:30 2° sessione 16:30 3° sessione
Il costo è di 15.- per persona, Rodrigo vi accompagnera in un percorso di degustazione.
Per cena cosa di meglio di un buon taco e una bella 43 Dias la nostra fantastica Mexican lager, la nostra prima lager che produciamo sin dal nostro inizio.  Alle 18:00 live music con i Noxius!   E alle 21:00 partita della Svizzera ai mondiali control il Qatar  VI ASPETTIAMO ASSETTATI!   SATURDAY, JUNE 13 FROM 2:00 PM TO 11:00 PM  Our first lager day!  A day dedicated entirely to bottom-fermented beers. A style that boils down to “give me a lager,” but has so much more to offer!  We’ll have six lagers on tap, and of course, our classics will also be available!  We’ll have three sessions throughout the day, where you can taste four of the lagers with our brewer Rodrigo, who will reveal how they’re made.  How does it work? Just show up at the following times: 2:30 PM 1st session 3:30 PM 2nd session 4:30 PM 3rd session  The cost is 15.- per person; Rodrigo will accompany you on a tasting tour.  For dinner, what could be better than a good taco and a nice 43 Dias, our fantastic Mexican lager, our first lager we’ve been producing since we started.  At 6:00 PM, live music with Noxius!  And at 9:00 PM, Switzerland’s World Cup match against Qatar.  WE’RE WAITING FOR YOU!

CANDY PEACH - DOLCITA SINGLE HOP PALE ALE 4.8%
Rinfrescante, ecco cosa possiamo dire di questa birra.
Il luppolo Dolcita ha un intenso aroma di pesca che si riflette in tutti i lati di questa birra.

LORAL - AMERICAN PILSNER 5.2%
Anche qui una birra con un solo luppolo, il Loral, luppolo americano che conbina le caratteristiche sia dei luppoli europei che americani. Ha la parte moderna con sentori agrumati e la componente dei luppoli nobili più floreali. Di facile beva e soddisfacente.

SABATO 9 MAGGIO DALLE 11.00 ALLE 23:00  Aggiungiamo una tacca, un altro anno è passato e siamo pronti a festeggiarlo alla grande con voi.  Ovviamente con tanta tanta birra!  Avremo per l’occasione due release di due nuove birre, pensate per la stagione calda.  Novità di quest’anno, avremo tre momenti nella giornata, dove potrete degustare le nuove birre assieme al nostro birraio Rodrigo Silva che vi svelerà come sono state prodotte.

Come funziona? Basta presentarsi ai seguenti orari 13:00 1° sessione 14:00 2° sessione 15:00 3° sessione

Il costo è di 15.- per persona, Rodrigo vi accompagnera in un percorso di degustazione delle nuove birre e non solo.

Giornata della birra svizzera 🇨🇭

Grazie a tutti quelli che sono passati e hanno partecipato a questa fantastica giornata!

Un grandissimo applauso ai Lightworms che con la loro musica hanno reso la serata indimenticabile.

Un momento di condivisone non solo con noi ma anche con e grazie al bus navetta che ci collegava.

BIRRIFICI PORTA A PORTA
SABATO 25 APRILE DALLE 11:00 ALLE 23:00

Per festeggiare la giornata svizzera della birra abbiamo organizzato una stupenda giornata!

Apriremo le porte del nostro birrificio e a farlo non saremo gli unici, assieme a noi si sono uniti Offcina Della Birra e San Martino.

Ci sara un bus che durante l’arco di tutta la giornata vi porterà da un birrificio all’altro!

INFORMAZIONI UTILI
Se venite in macchina vi consigliamo di parcheggiare al Birrificio San Martino, dove c’è a disposizione un ampio parcheggio. Se utilizzate i mezzi pubblici, potete arriva tranquillamente in uno dei tre birrifici.
Il biglietto del bus lo potete acquistare presso ogni birrificio al prezzo di 10.- ed è valido per tutta la giornata.

COSA TROVERETE DA NOI
Una fornitissima griglia sia a pranzo che a cena e dalle 18:00 ci saranno i Lightworms che suoneranno. 12 birre e più alla spina e tanta bella gente!

DOOR-TO-DOOR BREWERIES

To celebrate Swiss Beer Day, we’ve organized a wonderful day!

We’ll be opening the doors of our brewery, and we won’t be the only ones doing so; Offcina Della Birra and San Martino are also joining us.

There will be a bus that will take you from one brewery to the next throughout the day!

USEFUL INFORMATION
If you’re coming by car, we recommend parking at the San Martino Brewery, where there’s ample parking. If you use it in two public parking spaces, you can easily reach one of the three trees.
The maximum price of the bus is €10 and is valid every day.

WHAT YOU’LL FIND AT OUR PLACE
A well-stocked grill for both lunch and dinner, and the Lightworms will be playing from 6:00 PM. 12 beers and more on tap, and lots of great people!

MERCOLEDI 18 MARZO DALLE 16:00 ALLE 23:00

Festa di San Patrizio in birrificio, presentazione della nostra nuova birra, ricetta rivisitata della nostra Irish Dry Stout e l’abbiamo chiamata Dath Dorcha che in gaelico significa “colore scuro”.

Venite a gustarvi una pinta di questa favolosa birra accompagnata da un ottimo Irish Stew.

Ovviamente oltre a questa birra avremo tutte le altre spine con le nostre birre!

St. Patrick’s Day at the brewery, featuring the presentation of our new beer, a revisited recipe for our Irish Dry Stout, called Dath Dorcha, which means “dark color” in Gaelic.

Come enjoy a pint of this fabulous beer paired with an excellent Irish Stew.

Of course, in addition to this beer, we’ll have all our other beers on tap!
