Weekly Calendar Update 👻🥯🗓️: FULL WEEK + MILANO

The truck will be in its spot in Gentilino all three days this week - Tuesday, Thursday, & Saturday.

The shop will be open all week from Tuesday to Saturday, from 8:00 until 14:00.

And then on Saturday, we’re going down to Milano for a brunch popup starting at 10:00 at Chuck’s with Kimchi POP More information on the menu later in the week.

Back-to-back weeks with our buds from Milano, Kimchi POP

This Saturday up in Lugano. Next Sunday, the 25th, down with our guy Chuck’s at the Sidewalk Kitchens

For this week’s event, we’ll be making some sandwich specials, including:

🥓🥚🧀🥬🌶️ (BEC + Kimchi)

Srirachakimchicado Club: roast turkey, avocado, bacon, lettuce, housemade sriracha, & Kimchi Pop’s NEW kimchi pickles 🦃🥑🥓🌶️🥒

I’m So Nogsaeg: smashed avocado, Kimchi Pop’s kimchi pickles, crunchy onions

Kimchi Pop 56: housemade tuna salad (made with Kimchi Pop’s kimchi pickles, celery & red onion), sliced jalapeños, red onions, shredded lettuce

The shop will be open starting at 8. Kimchi Pop will be there starting at 9.

Kimchi Pop x Ghost Bagel 2-week collaboration

🥬🌶️x👻🥯

This Saturday, Oct. 17th, Erin & Mark from will be up in Lugano for a visit to the Ghost Bagel shop. They’ll be hanging out, answering questions, and selling their kimchi. And Ghost Bagel will run some sandwich specials with their classic kimchi and their new kimchi pickles 🥒

And then on Sunday, Oct. 25th, the 👻🥯 team will go down to Milano for a brunch popup with Kimchi Pop at with more collab sandwiches and classics like a 🥓🥚🧀
