Questa notte, dalle 00:00 del 1° settembre, i ticket saranno rilasciati attraverso diversi drop, ciascuno con quantità limitate e prezzi progressivi.

Non c’è una deadline prestabilita.
A decidere quando termina ogni drop non è il calendario, ma la disponibilità: una volta esaurito il contingente, si passa al successivo, a un prezzo più alto.

Il First Drop parte da CHF 45.

Today, Burgundy meets Tokyo, with a stop in Germany. 🇯🇵🇩🇪🇫🇷

This is Chanterêves.

Tomoko Kuriyama grew up in Tokyo and studied oenology at Geisenheim. Guillaume Bott trained at Étienne Sauzet and Simon Bize. They met during the 2005 harvest, and in 2010 Chanterêves began.

With no inherited domaine, they started as micro négociants, selecting grapes from trusted growers and building a voice entirely their own. In 2020, almost five hectares followed, between Savigny, Chorey and the cool limestone slopes of the Hautes Côtes.

Tokyo roots, German training, Burgundian instinct.

Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Aligoté with energy, transparency and quiet depth. Precise without rigidity, delicate without fragility.

Today, Chanterêves is both maison and domaine, and one of the clearest voices of contemporary Burgundy.

They did not inherit a Burgundy.
They built their own.

This is exactly why Chanterêves is part of Chronos.

Today, we’re in the Terrassenmosel, Germany. 🇩🇪

One of Europe’s most spectacular wine regions.

Slate terraces rising above the Mosel River, breathtaking slopes reaching over 60%, and vineyards where every single vine is worked entirely by hand.

This is where Julien Renard decided to start from scratch.

Founded in 2018, the domaine is still tiny, around 1.5 hectares, yet already considered one of the most exciting names of Germany’s new wave.

Born to a French father and a German mother, Julien trained with some of the Mosel’s finest producers before creating a project entirely his own.

The goal isn’t to make bigger wines.
It’s to make truer ones.

Rieslings that are razor-sharp, saline and incredibly vertical, shaped by the region’s iconic slate soils and a remarkable sense of place.

At Chronos, we’ve never wanted to limit our selection by borders. While our heart naturally beats for Italy and France, we’re wine lovers first. Great wine has no passport.

The wines of Julien genuinely impressed us! 💎

This is why they became Chronos’ very first collaboration in Germany, and we’re incredibly excited about it.

This is exactly why Julien Renard is part of Chronos.
