This is a delicate peach apricot sourb**r, even if it does Not Look like one 😂 actually pretty yummy. More or less finished. I had to toss in an additional 1kg of Amoretti Peach Natural flavor but now with the Sirup and the flavor and the 12kg of puree it’s intense enough. It has quite a body and malt from the Abbey malt (wich also made the colour) and I will serve it on fresh apricot and maybe peach puree semi smoothie style, has 6.2%, and might be called peach apricot cobbler or crumble. I just Kegged the Last 100cans of Hazebender 6.4%, my last hazy from august 26. will keep very well until the end of the year. Next hazy will come 5/27, so time to stock up. Now in my shop.

Brewday. Made. Ne x t years sour. I wanted to use golden promise and vienna malt, but the first was a bit too alive and the latter was absent so i used a bag of Abbey Malt. Not counting in how much darker that stuff is. 😳 might not become the prettiest peach apricot vanilla crumble sour possible. Bit smell and taste is lovely. 😬 fermenting at 28c now with Philly sour Lallemand Brewing .

Incredibly happy to have taken Home the Overall winner of this years Brau- und Rauchshop GmbH contest with my bourbon barrel aged Imperial stout! Thank you Lana Svitankova for the judging and all the Kind Feedbacks on my b**rs and thank you Brau- und Rauchshop GmbH for organising This Event, I think it was my 9th participation. I am Looking forward to seeing This b**r in Drinks of the World and I might Even have enough left. And Next years b**rs will be even better !🤪😎😃🍻❤️

The role of AI in my recipe Development. I started to systematically work with chatGPT when working on my recipes. I start with where I want to go, and Discuss with my experience and Knowledge, respecting my possible Prozesses and Equipment and available sources to arrive at a Brewable recipe that I can then Import directly into my Brewing Programm brewfather. It’s reduced the time for Research and the time for typing all the ingredients in massively. Took me 2hours to make each a ba barleywine and stout recipe. Kegging (and hopefully also canning if it Starts bloggend a bit less) my newest hazy: Hazebender 6.3% with Massive doses of riwaka and Nelson pellets and Spectrum citra and Spectrum Galaxy in Whirlpool and dryhop. Right now it’s my Most intense and juiciest hazy, I’ll See how it develops in the can. Will be available at rugb**r Festival and in My Shop sometime Next week.

Put 600g T3 pellets of riwaka and Nelson combined with 100g Spectrum citra and 60g Spectrum Galaxy liquid hop extract from as a second dryhop into my next hazy. It’s promising. See you at rugb**r basel 22.8. …

Fresh B**rs in the shop:
Some last cans of Did she Shop again Hazy ipa and S*x, flowers and fruits ipa and Crush it l***r. Plus hedgehog, a very refreshing fruited Saison with only 5.5% abv, Perfect for the current heatwave!

Shop ist aufgefüllt! Letzte Dosen hazy ipa, West coast ipa, L***r. Und ein neues Früchtesaison, leicht, wenig sauer, sehr fruchtig.

Es wäre ein guter Moment zum bestellen.
