A quiet and beautiful region where absinthe distilling started as early as the 18th Century.

Our original Swiss Absinthes are carefully produced in the Val-De-Travers - the birthplace of absinthe using native and regional plants distilled with love in very small copper pot stills by the best local distillers Our story begins where it all began in the Val-De-Travers, a small valley located behind Neuchatel, in the French part of Switzerland - the birthplace of absinthe. In collaboration wi

th the most prestigious absinthe distillers in the world - we offer our core range “Die Grüne Fee” (The Green Fairy) - representing 3 master distillers and a variety of flavours and traditions of the region. Our absinthes are hand-crafted with passion and love using regional plants and distilled in copper pot stills as small as 20 litres to ensure quality and precision during the process creating flavoursome attributes different from each producer. They are all made with 100% natural ingredients and no additional additives. We look forward to sharing our journey and knowledge of the region with you.
