This award-winning heavyweight is crafted from 100% Grenache grapes, sourced from a selection of ancient vines of the local Grenache clone.

The grapes are hand-harvested and undergo an 8-day maceration in wooden vats. The wine then completes malolactic fermentation and matures for 30 months in barriques, followed by an additional 14 months of bottle ageing.

The result is a deep ruby-red wine with intense aromas of ripe red fruit and delicate hints of spice. Complex, persistent, mineral-driven, and beautifully structured with rich tannins, it is a wine that embodies both elegance and character.

Pinot Grigio Ramato, Dolomiti LGT 2020 from

This wine is produced from grapes grown in mountain vineyards in Trentino, in the Piana Rotaliana area. The soil is alluvial, with high surface fertility and excellent drainage in the deeper layers.

The grapes are harvested manually and carefully selected, then destemmed. They undergo cold maceration in the press for a few hours, followed by pressing. Fermentation takes place partly in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks and partly in barriques, where the wine matures for about one year. It then undergoes further refinement in the bottle.

On visual examination, - due to enhanced skin contact - the wine shows a coppery color with light onion-skin reflections. On the nose, it offers sweet fruity aromas with a delicate hint of vanilla. On the palate, it is rich, full-bodied, well structured, and soft.

This wine is excellent as an aperitif, but it also pairs well with structured first courses and main dishes based on white meats, crustaceans, mollusks, seafood, and raw fish. It is equally enjoyable when paired with fresh or medium-textured cheeses. It is best served at a temperature between 10°C and 14°C.

Nocera is a rare, indigenous Sicilian grape variety with deep historical roots, traditionally cultivated in coastal areas where maritime influences help shape its character. Though once at risk of disappearing, it has seen a revival in recent years thanks to producers interested in preserving local heritage and biodiversity. Nocera is valued for its adaptability and its ability to express a strong sense of place, making it particularly appealing in contemporary winemaking focused on authenticity and regional identity.

When vinified as a pét-nat, or using the ancestral method, Nocera takes on an entirely new dimension. This traditional technique involves bottling the wine before fermentation is complete, allowing it to finish fermenting in the bottle and naturally create a gentle sparkle. The result is a lightly effervescent wine that is often unfiltered, sometimes slightly cloudy, and full of energy. The pét-nat style enhances the grape’s freshness and fruitiness, adding lively bubbles and occasionally introducing delicate ye**ty or bready notes. Combined with Nocera’s natural acidity and aromatic profile, this method produces a wine that is vibrant, refreshing, and expressive—bridging the gap between a light red and a sparkling wine, with a raw, authentic character that feels both traditional and modern.

NEW at Vinebration: Pumìe Metodo Ancestrale IGP Terre Siciliane 2025 from  
From southwestern Sicily, among the vineyards of Mazara del Vallo gently caressed by the sea breeze, comes Pumie an authentic and surprising wine.

Made from pure Nocera grapes, harvested during the cool nights of September, it follows the Ancestral Method: a natural process that gives the wine freshness, liveliness, and character in the glass. On the nose, it gives notes of red apple and raspberry with aromatic smells of rose, while on the palate, citrus hints emerge, like pink grapefruit and lime followed by delicate notes of basil.

Perfect as an aperitif, it pairs beautifully with finger foods, citrus tuna tartare, stewed cod, or vegetable ratatouille.

“Pumie” comes from pumu, meaning “apple in Sicilian dialect—a name that reflects identity, tradition, and creativity.
