This sticky chocolate brownie cake made an epic journey from Verbier to Bristol for Cary & Emily’s wedding last week. What a fabulous day full of love, laughter and of course, cake ❤️

Mountain Thyme makes mountain cakes!

We had such fun this morning creating this mountain-scape with royal icing and a palette knife over a delicious chocolate coconut fudge cake.

Then it was whisked up to Chez Dany Verbier by snow taxi for a fabulous 40th birthday party! Thanks The Noodle Collective

Our latest creation was a tale of two halves. This lovely local lad (more usually associated with cheese) it turns out is a big fan of giraffes and is a new convert to the game of darts! He seems pretty chuffed with his cake.

Happy birthday Leo and thanks to Sarah Nounou de Verbier for planning it!

Several cakes have gone out of our door this week. There seems to have been a green theme going on!!

It’s been a fabulous long weekend of wedding catering and cakes, in a gorgeous château near Vevey, up in Verbier and last night in Lauterbrunnen. We’ve certainly notched up some kilometers in our trusty steed!

Scotland comes to the Alps! A gorgeous tartan and thistle themed cake for the equally gorgeous Joe & Colin yesterday, set up at La Marlenaz under perfect crisp blue skies.

(Slightly nerve wracking drive up there bouncing all over the ice, but thanks to an excellent driver, it all arrived intact!!)

Lemon & poppyseed cake with meringue & fruit decoration, for the lovely Nora last night. Plenty left for breakfast apparently…!
