Hello, matcha cheesecake lovers!
I know it’s been a while. Blame the lazy social manager (ahem, me). But in the kitchen? Never a boring moment. :)
Say hello to the newly improved Matcha Cheesecake, with glossy and fragrant matcha glaçage, made with coconut cream instead of full cream, and a crunchy Gran Cereale biscuit base (bye salty bottom Ritz!)
Pistachios on top for the crunch, because we don’t skip on flair.
She’s still that girl, just glow’d up.
