Zurück in Zürich nach zwei Wochen in Japan, denke ich noch immer über diese besondere Form von Präzision nach.

Wine Paris is one of those moments where I remember why I do this.

Not for the noise. Not for the trends.
But for the people behind the bottles - the winemakers I’m proud to work with, who pour their years into something you enjoy in a few minutes.

This trip was about connection:
🍇 tasting, comparing, selecting
🤝 strengthening relationships
📝 bringing new ideas (and new cuvées) back to Switzerland

Maison Éclat is built on trust, craftsmanship, and the quiet obsession for detail.
And this week, I got to live that -glass by glass, conversation by conversation.

Thank you to every winemaker who welcomed me, shared their time, and reminded me: the best Champagne always starts with heart.
