I'm Nisa a fanatic cook/baker. Moved from Singapore to Den Haag and now live in Zürich. More food tales and culture here, with some tips or recipes shared. Hi!

I'm Nisah, a Singaporean by birth but Indonesian by roots. My late father and great grandparents/ grandparents hails from Central Java. My husband and I lived in Singapore, then we transitioned in Bali for a month before flying to the Netherlands, from there we relocated to Zürich. A food fanatic and cook/baker, It has been an adventure of packing and unpacking, but food is still the essence of ho

me. There is something about home made. I hope I can share more tales of food and culture from where I come from South East Asia, or recipes I may have picked up along the way from the different regions. I was cooking from home and taking orders, once I have test run the kitchen appliances I am good to go. :) Stay tuned.
